1. Make a reasonable production plan according to the demands and stock level, meanwhile keep the inventory under target level. It should be weekly/monthly base and daily update.
2. Follow up the production plan fulfillment, keep a close contact with relative department, e.g. production dept./technician/quality/logistics team etc., and make fast response to kinds of problems.
3. Keep close coordination with sales planner, well knowing customer demands, and ensure the production can meet the delivery requirement.
4. Keep close coordination with material planner, ensure materials smooth supplying.
5. Release production order into SAP, and update/clean the orders weekly.
6. Analyze the production resources capacity e.g. machine/person/working hours, identify bottleneck and find solutions.
7. Involving in kinds of improvement Kaizen, keeping an open mind and keeping continuous improvement.
