Responsibilities:
1.Maintain the IT devices, such as computer, printer, beamer and telephone system;
2.IT Support for end user;
3.Maintain and control the LAN and WAN connections.
4.Analyze the network problem and troubleshoot network related problems.
5.Analyze and maintain the switches, firewalls, proxies and VPN connections IT server room management, such as tape change
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above; Major in computer science, electronic engineering
2.Above 3-year relevant experience (Network support)
3.Strong knowledge of network and security, CCNP is preferred.
4.Good experience on trouble-shooting for IT end user;
5.Knowledge in MS-Windows system;
6.Good team work spirit, analytical thinking ability and stress resistance;
7.Self-motivated
8.Great interpersonal communication skill;
9.Basic skills in English reading, writing and speaking.
